• Customised for LGA4677- The new DX-4677 line coolers are dedicated, customised solutions for Intel's professional LGA4677 platform, which makes them an ideal fit for both 4th generation Xeon Scalable CPUs (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze) and w9, w7, w5 or w3 series Xeon processors for workstations.
• Enlarged contact surface- At 70x56mm, the heatsink's copper contact surface is more than double the size of the standard model. Tailored to fit the enormous integrated heat-spreaders (IHS) of Intel's LGA4677-based processors, this customised design allows for an optimal heat flow from the CPU over the base to the heatpipes and on to the cooling fins.
• SecuFirm2™ mounting system with standard Intel parts- Integrating standard Intel parts such as the anti-tilt mechanism, Torx® T30 PEEK nuts and the CPU-specific carrier frames (included with boxed retail CPUs and available separately for tray CPUs), the cooler's mounting system is fully compliant with Intel's installation guidelines and provides a familiar mounting procedure for experienced LGA4677 users. A Torx® T30 mounting tool is included.
• Compatible with E1A, E1B and E1C carrier frames- LGA4677 processors require plastic CPU carrier frames for installation, which are included with retail boxed CPUs and available separately via Intel sales partners for tray CPUs. The SecuFirm2™ mounting for LGA4677 is compatible with all types of carriers (E1A, E1B, E1C).

• Notes and warnings :Please note that the NH-U14S DX-4677 is a dedicated version for the Intel LGA4677 socket. Due to its customised larger base, it cannot be used on smaller sockets and is incompatible with Noctua's mounting kits for these sockets. Please refer to our socket compatibility overview for details.
  Please also note that installing an LGA4677 processor and heatsink requires a plastic CPU carrier frame. These carrier frames are included with boxed retail CPUs and available separately via Intel sales partners for tray type CPUs. As different CPUs require different carrier frame types (E1A, E1B or E1C), please make sure to purchase the correct carrier frame for tray type CPUs.
