Due to a high volume of enquiries and orders, as well as COVID-19 management plan/procedures, there will be some delays in the despatch of orders. We are making arrangements (such as working overtime and more) to work through the sudden increase in demand.
P.S. We pause store operations (e.g. customer service, pick-up service), but our warehouse operating as normal, and we anticipate operating as best as we can given the circumstances to fulfill and despatch orders as quickly as possible.
