  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–6 business days via Australia Post or Aramex.

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days via Australia Post.

  • Local Pickup: Currently not available.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier operations.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

    • Product weight and dimensions.

    • Destination postcode.

    • Shipping method selected.

5. Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
